I have completed this book, but I plan to publish this in a couple of days. I have to get the PDF of the paperback cover sent, and I have a couple of people who want to read the book before it’s published. But you might notice that the icon on the right has been changed to the next book in line. I’ll start writing the rough draft of Ghost Falls Killings tomorrow.
I have the first three acts of Ghost Falls Killings outlined. I’ll rough draft the scenes for those acts. Then I’ll do the same thing I did with the last book. My wife and I will do the Read-Out-Loud, then decide who is the killer (or maybe multiple people).
I wasn’t expecting this book to be done so soon, so it looks like I can move my schedule up some. It only took me 15 days to complete the rough draft for the last book. Then one week to edit it. I guess that’s what happens when you can hammer out 3,000 words a night on a weeknight. According to my spreadsheet planner, I could have the next book written and edited by March 9th. I don’t have any 3-day weekends, so I suspect it won’t happen that quickly, but you never know. I think I’m going to set that as my own deadline just to see if it can be done.
